The SkyView AI engineering team is small on purpose. 24/7 monitoring + alerting across all client workloads. Infrastructure incidents get human eyes on them in minutes, not hours. The same NOC that has run Spectrum Virtual production since 2013.
Security operations
Edge security (Cloudflare-fronted), zero-trust administrative access, encrypted secrets management, dependency patching, cert rotation, and incident response — applied to every SkyView-operated environment.
Data center + colo relationships
Established TierPoint colo relationships in Marlborough, MA and Chicago, IL — and our own server room in Cheshire, CT. Procurement, capacity planning, and vendor management handled by the Spectrum Virtual operations team that has been running these relationships for over a decade.
Network engineering
Private fiber backbone, multi-PoP peering, direct-connect partnerships, VPN + DDoS protection. The networking expertise that makes "sub-10ms to NYC" a real claim and not a marketing line.
Helpdesk + client operations
