The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Skyview Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Engagement-specific terms (master services agreement, statement of work, BAA/DPA where applicable) govern any consulting or hosting relationship and supersede these site-only terms for the scope of that engagement.
